These little bracelets are designed to be worn around your fingers and thumbs.  Please take note of the size.  These do stretch to fit bigger fingers but unfortunately they do not really suit people with tiny fingers.

AMETHYST
Amethyst is known as the “stone of spirituality and contentment” and is one of the best stones for Meditation because it opens the Crown chakra to induce a peaceful mental state. Carnelian is an orange-coloured form of chalcedony – a mineral in the quartz family. RAINBOW FLUORITE
This can contain the combinations of Green, Blue, Purple or Yellow Fluorite. Green Fluorite is about healing on all levels. It cleanses the chakras and dispels negativity. It helps with patience, honesty and compassion. It dissipates negative traumas that have been stored in the heart such as fear, depression, anxiety and anger. PLEASE NOTE
It is recommended that you do not keep the bracelet on while bathing/showering as continual and repetitive contact with water can cause the elastic band to breakdown and/or fray.  Please also be careful with stretching the bracelet as any aggressive force will cause the elastic to snap, much like when you overstretch a rubber band.
