- If you are purchasing vouchers for multiple recipients, please let us know accordingly in the SPECIAL NOTES section at the checkout.
- All gift vouchers have a default 6 months expiry but if you cannot use it within that given time, please notify us and we will extend your time limit no worries.
- All gift vouchers are not reloadable, rechargeable or redeemable for cash.
- Gift vouchers must be purchased at full price at their face value and are not eligible for a discount.
- If you cannot purchase a gift voucher because you see 'sold out', please EMAIL US with your enquiry and we will send you a manual invoice.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promos, sales, or special offers we have from time to time.
In other words, you either use the voucher at any time on full priced items OR you take advantage of our sales without the use of your voucher, but you cannot use your voucher AND use our sale promo code because the system only allows one code at a time.
