WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
Regular shipping is a minimum $10 for any orders below $99.99.
Regular shipping is FREE for orders over $150.
Signature on delivery is an optional extra and is NOT automatically included in those shipping costs but can be purchased for $3 if you require.
Express shipping is available and the costs are displayed at the checkout. Please note that Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery for express post but compared to regular post, it is still a day or two faster in most cases.
CAN I PAY AND PICKUP AT YOUR STORE?
Yes you can do the order online and choose to pick up your goods at our store to save on waiting time. All you have to do is either give us your ID or your email confirmation.
All pickups must be between our shop hours only so please check that first before you come in or if you're unsure, please give us a call 08 8361 2632 and ask.
Unless we experience high volumes of online orders (eg. after public holidays), orders should be ready to be picked up within 4hrs of placing them. Once the order is ready for pickup, you should get an email to confirm you may come in to get it.
If you have not got an email confirmation to say your order is ready for pickup then most likely, it isn't yet ready for pickup. However, if you happen to be going past our shop at a certain time and you want to time the pickup accordingly, just give us a call ahead and hopefully we should be able to fast track your order so it's definitely ready for you. Sometimes things can get a bit hectic in the shop which can cause a slight delay in the processing time.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS/VOUCHERS?
Yes we offer Gift cards/vouchers!
We offer them starting at $20.
If you would like to purchase a gift voucher, please do so by going to the "GIFTWARE" tab, then -----> "GIFT CARDS/VOUCHERS"
DO YOU OFFER AFTERPAY?
Yes we do and there is NO minimum purchase!
DO YOU DO DELIVERY?
Not officially at the checkout but under the right conditions, it could be negotiated by simply emailing us.
I THINK I HAVE BAD ENERGY/SPIRITS IN MY HOUSE. WHAT DO I DO?
It could be some old stagnant energy. It could be something more sinister like a negative spirit playing tricks. The first thing you should try is to grab a white sage smudge stick and burn it and see if it helps. Burning white sage is like giving your home an energetic shower. A big majority of people do not cleanse their homes very often so there could be a build up of bad energy that just needs to go. If doing this a few times does not seem to get rid of whatever is happening, then it could be something a bit more serious like the presence of a spirit. In this case, you might want to search for the services of a psychic medium who can find out what's going on.
DO YOU HAVE ANY EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES?

Our team is always happy to help guide you to the right person based on what you’re seeking. CAN I HIRE A ROOM TO RUN A WORKSHOP?
YES! We’re thrilled to announce our brand new workshop space—a beautiful, bright, and versatile room designed to inspire creativity and connection! Whether you’re hosting a healing circle, a meditation session, a creative class, or a training, this space is perfect for bringing your vision to life. In addition, we offer a cozy 4x4 room ideal for smaller gatherings, consultations, or one-on-one sessions. Both spaces are thoughtfully designed to support a calm, welcoming, and focused atmosphere, complete with all the essentials you need to run your workshop smoothly.

I AM A HEALER/READER AND WOULD LIKE TO WORK AT ETERNAL SPIRIT. WOULD YOU HIRE ME OR CAN I RENT A ROOM TO RUN MY BUSINESS?
Yes! We do have a rotational reading nook available for casual daily hire. This flexible and inviting space is perfect for healers and readers who want to connect with clients in our shop on a per-day basis without a long-term commitment.
The reading nook offers a peaceful, comfortable environment designed to support focused and meaningful sessions. It’s ideal if you’re looking to work occasionally or test out being part of our community.

CAN I USE OR EARN POINTS DURING STOREWIDE SALES?
