FAQ

Here is a list of some commonly asked questions which we'd like to answer to help you.

WHAT IS THE "PUT IT ON LAYBUY" OPTION THAT YOU HAVE AT THE CHECKOUT?
This option to pay for your order is a traditional laybuy using Paypal as the provider.
In other words, you pay an initial non-refundable 20% deposit in order to secure your goods, then 2x equal monthly payments thereafter.  Only AFTER the final payment is received, do we send out your goods.  If you miss your scheduled monthly payment, you will get a reminder email where Paypal will attempt to deduct the payment, 5 days later.  If you happen to miss your payment 3 times in a row, unfortunately your deposit will be forfeited and your laybuy cancelled and returned to stock. 
Please note that this laybuy option is NOT like "afterpay" or "zippay" or those kinds of financial services where you get your goods in advance.  At this stage, we are not offering that but we may change our minds in the future.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
Regular shipping is a minimum $10 for any orders below $49.99.
Regular shipping is $12 for orders between $50 - $99.99.
Regular shipping is FREE for orders over $100. 
Signature on delivery is an optional extra and is NOT automatically included in those shipping costs but can be purchased for $3 if you require.

Express shipping is available and the costs are displayed at the checkout.  Please note that Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery for express post but compared to regular post, it is still a day or two faster in most cases.

CAN I PAY AND PICKUP AT YOUR STORE?
Yes you can do the order online and choose to pick up your goods at our store to save on waiting time.  All you have to do is either give us your ID or your email confirmation.
All pickups must be between our shop hours only so please check that first before you come in or if you're unsure, please give us a call 0882719666 and ask.
Unless we experience high volumes of online orders (usually occurring after periods of statewide covid lockdown or after public holidays), orders should be ready to be picked up within 4hrs of placing them.  Once the order is ready for pickup, you should get an email to confirm you may come in to get it.
If you have not got an email confirmation to say your order is ready for pickup then most likely, it isn't yet ready for pickup.  However, if you happen to be going past our shop at a certain time and you want to time the pickup accordingly, just give us a call ahead and hopefully we should be able to fast track your order so it's definitely ready for you.  Sometimes things can get a bit hectic in the shop which can cause a slight delay in the processing time.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?  IF SO, WHAT AMOUNT CAN I GET AND HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER?
Yes we offer Gift vouchers! 
We offer them starting at $25 if you purchase it online.  If you come into our store, you can choose a lower amount if you want.
If you would like to purchase a gift voucher, please do so by going to the "GIFTWARE" tab, then -----> "GIFT VOUCHERS"
After you have checked out and paid for the voucher, please email us at info@theeternalspirit.com.au and indicate:

  • If you would like us to EMAIL you or your recipient the voucher
  • If you would like us to snail MAIL it to you or your recipient
  • If you would rather us write out a physical voucher for you or the recipient to PICKUP at our store.
  • Let us know the NAME of the recipient
  • If you are wanting us include a message on the voucher then please let us know that too.
