TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS
Tibetan Singing Bowls are classic instruments & meditation tools in Tibet.  They are widely used in spiritual traditions such as Buddhism & Hinduism for meditation, relaxation, healing & religious practices.  By hitting the rim of the Singing Bowl with a striker while it rests in your palm, the bowls will vibrate to produce a radiating and calming sound. 

BASE CHAKRA - MULADHARA (C NOTE)
The first chakra stimulates vital forces throughout our body and assists in keeping us grounded.  It influences our immune system, our energy, basic impulses, instincts, endurance and fight or flight reactions.  It deals with the body's survival including food, shelter and protection.  It helps to activate our energy and stimulates activity, exercise, action and vitality. 

SACRAL CHAKRA - SVADHISHTHANA (D NOTE)
This chakra is the source of creativity and inspiration and is the foundation of the emotional body.  It influences our ability to feel emotions, sensations and controls our ability to let go of our emotions.  This chakra physically influences the lower abdomen, spleen, liver, bladder, kidneys, sexual organs, reproduction and fertility.

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA - MANIPUR (E NOTE)
This chakra enables us to pick up vibrations and essences from people, places and things.  It involves personal power, energy and self-control, emotional issues and issues of self-acceptance. This chakra physically influences muscles, stomach, digestion, pancreas, liver, gallbladder, metabolism and the nervous.

HEART CHAKRA - ANAHATA (F NOTE)
This chakra is the connection between our physical and our spiritual body.  It is driven by love and it influences forgiveness, compassion, empathy, trust, equilibrium and ease with our life.  It helps us to get in touch with nature and connects us to the plant world.  This chakra physically influences the lungs, thymus, circulation, the endocrine and immune systems.

THROAT CHAKRA - VISHUDDHA (G NOTE)
This chakra influences communication, dreaming, artistic expression, good judgment, self belief, wisdom, truthfulness, out of body experiences and clairaudience.  It allows for free communication and connection with our higher guidance.  Physically it influences the mouth, teeth, throat, thyroid gland and the immune system. 

THIRD EYE CHAKRA - AJNA (A NOTE)
The third eye chakra is the foundation of our psychic powers and is able to help us see auras and spirit guides.  We are able to link into our intuition and imagination and it also defines fantasy and reality.  This chakra physically influences the eyes, vision, nose, central nervous system, brain and pituitary gland.

CROWN CHAKRA - SAHASRARA (B NOTE)
This chakra is the foundation of our spiritual body and links us to the highest guidance, the creation.  It influences spiritual will, inspiration, idealism and celestial knowledge.  It is our connection with the universe and can physically influences the cerebral cortex, cerebrum, central nervous system, glands and the pineal gland, pituitary gland and hormones related to them.

From time to time, these singing bowls will have minor randomly occurring blemishes/scuff marks, giving the impression that the item has been damaged when in fact, they're perfectly fine and occasionally occur as part of the hand-made and/or final polishing process. 
These minor imperfections DO NOT affect the sound quality or practicality of the bowl and if anything, aesthetically reinforces that these singing bowls are indeed a unique and genuine product!  By buying this product, you accept that any aesthetic "imperfections" are just a natural occurrence in these type of items. 
Eternal Spirit meticulously inspects all singing bowls that arrive and any that are deemed heavily blemished/scuffed above the normal accepted standards, are either returned to wholesaler (if possible) or marked down in-store but never sold online!
