HEMATITE
Hematite is an Iron Oxide mineral and is abundantly found as a shiny metallic grey colour. Sometimes found as an inclusion in Quartz, it is known as the “stone for the mind” because it’s able to sort out mental clutter, inspire originality, increase memory recall (good for students) and allow one to think logically. It can balance the mind, body and spirit and is commonly used as a grounding stone as it’s heavy and able to bring one back down to Earth.
