SUGILITE
Sugilite is a very rare crystal which contains potassium, sodium, lithium, iron, manganese, aluminum and silicon.  The colour ranges from pale lilac to deep purple and is only known to be found in Japan, Canada and South Africa.  This stone is a “love stone for this age” and is here to bring special healing powers to humanity.  It helps us realise the connection between the physical body and the mind and assists in reminding us of the reasons for being in the physical and for living on this Earth.  It allows us to understand the lessons which we have been given to learn in this lifetime and to forgive oneself and others for the part we/they play in these lessons.  Sugilite gives one a feeling of total freedom, confidence and is very inspirational.  If placed on the third-eye, it may eliminate discouragement and instead, bring in a sense of peace and relaxation to the user.  Physically, it has been known to help alleviate headaches, insomnia, and disorders of the heart.
