If you see any of this, please note that it is NOT permanent and with the help of a jewellery polishing cloth, the marks/discolouration will polish right off and make the silver nice and shiny again.  Unfortunately the discolouration of silver is due to a natural process of oxidisation with the air and there is nothing we can do about it except give the jewellery a polish now and then.
