Evil Eyes commonly appear as a cobalt blue colour but have sometimes been known to come in a variety of other colours. The Evil Eye dates back to Ancient Greek and Roman times and is a luck charm believed to reflect evil. It is believed that by hanging the symbol in a home/car or wearing it is a pendant or a bracelet, it can help guard against misfortune and helps to keep one’s life in balance. It has symbolism in almost every country in the world and in many different religions such as Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism and Christianity. Despite the differences in all the cultures and religions in the world, it still retains largely the same meaning which is to protect one from bad karma and ill-will that could otherwise have a negative effect on one’s well-being or life in general.
Although we make every effort to photograph items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee that every screen will accurately depict the actual colour of the item so very slight variations may occur.
