Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you'd like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. Will I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?
Yes! You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This email includes your order number, items purchased, and shipping details. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@theeternalspirit.com.au or call 0434 549 194 and we'll resend it.
Can I buy online and pick up at your store?
Yes, you can place your order online and choose to pick up your goods at our store to save time. All you need to do is either show us your ID or your email confirmation. Please note that all pickups must be during our shop hours—check these first before coming in. If you're unsure, give us a call on 0434 549 194 and ask. Unless we experience high volumes of online orders (for example, after public holidays), orders should be ready for pickup within 4 hours of placing them. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming you can come in to collect it. If you haven't received such an email, most likely your order isn't ready yet. However, if you happen to be passing by our shop at a certain time and want to time your pickup, just give us a call in advance, and we will do our best to fast track your order so it's ready for you. Sometimes, things can get busy in the shop, which may cause a slight delay in processing.

What are your shipping timeframes for Australian orders?
Regular shipping (free over $150): Metro areas 4-5 business days, rural areas 5-7 business days. Express shipping: Metro areas 3-4 business days, rural areas 4-6 business days. We don't guarantee next-day delivery for express orders. Note: We don't process orders on public holidays.
How much is shipping?
Regular shipping costs a minimum of $10 for any orders under $99.99. Orders over $150 qualify for FREE shipping (Australia only). Signature on delivery is optional and not included in these shipping costs, but it can be added for $5 if needed. Express shipping is available, with prices shown at checkout. Please note that Australia Post no longer guarantees next-day delivery for express post, but it is usually a day or two faster than regular post.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to selected international destinations via Australia Post Express with tracking and signature on delivery as standard. Delivery times are approximately 5-10 business days for New Zealand, Canada & USA, and 6-11 business days for Asia. Note: You're responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes. Our free shipping promotion only applies to Australian addresses.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please choose carefully. All sale items are final. Any purchases made with Afterpay cannot be refunded either.

Any faulty or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of your order being delivered. Please email us at info@theeternalspirit.com.au with a photo of the faulty or damaged item and your invoice number, and we'll negotiate a solution to your satisfaction.
Do you offer a warranty on jewellery?
Yes! Our jewellery is covered by a lifetime guarantee for manufacturing defects only. This does not include general wear and tear, accidents, or misuse. If there's a manufacturing fault, email us to start the process. Repairs can take 4-12 weeks depending on the item and complexity. You are responsible for shipping the item to us, and we will cover return shipping once the repair is complete.
What happens if my item is no longer available after I complete my order online?
Since we operate both online and in-store from the same inventory, there's a small chance an item may sell in-store after you order online. If this happens, we'll notify you immediately and offer a full refund or a similar item.
