AMETHYST
Amethyst is known as the “stone of spirituality and contentment” and is one of the best stones for Meditation because it opens the Crown chakra to induce a peaceful mental state. CITRINE
This comes in two forms – a bright yellow variety which is actually Amethyst that has been heat- treated or a pale yellow variety which has been naturally heated by the Earth.
