The following is a list of Crystals that have been trademarked.
This means that despite its general accepted common name around the world, even if it is the same Crystal you've always known it as, if it happens to come from a specific mine in a specific location in the world, because it is trademarked, it must be called by its trademark name.
At Eternal Spirit, it is in our opinion that Crystals should be called by their proper, commonly known and accepted name, especially if it is mineralogically 100% the same thing. Why should a Crystal that is mineralogically the same as another, be called something different just because it was found from another part of the world?
It is in our opinion that trademarking Crystals is done for the purposes of making something sound more "exotic", "unique", "rarer" and more "mysterious", hence justifying the reason to charge more for something that is essentially something you might have already had.
While it is within the law to trademark something, the whole idea doesn't sit well with our store, therefore we will never stock the following Crystals.
