THIRD EYE CHAKRA (GERANIUM AND CITRUS)
Third eye chakra, known in Sanskrit as "Ajna" chakra, translates to "authority" or "perception" and is considered the eye of intuition and intellect. Its associated sense organ is the brain. It is the sixth energy center in our body, located in the middle of the forehead, between the eyebrows.
The third eye is associated to the pineal gland in charge of regulating biorhythms, including sleep and wake time. It is a spiritual center of awareness and intuition.
