HEART CHAKRA (JASMINE AND ROSE)
The heart chakra, also known in Sanskrit as Anahata" chakra is the fourth energy center. Located in the chest area at the center of the spine, between the shoulders and in line with the heart. It is said to be the bridge between earthly and spiritual ambitions, as well as being associated with balance, calmness and serenity.
Anahata means "sound produced without friction" and at the same time is means "pure" or "unmarred". The design of its symbol shows two opposing triangles merging into each other. This signifies tow opposing forces coming together on a common ground to transform and integrate.
