Worry dolls (also called trouble dolls; in Spanish, Muñeca quitapena) are small dolls that originate from Guatemala. According to legend, Guatemalan children tell their worries to the Worry Dolls, placing them under their pillow when they go to bed at night. By morning the dolls have gifted them with the wisdom and knowledge to eliminate their worries.
Each worry doll is made of a zinc alloy.
There are 6 different varieties of these metal worry dolls and you will be given one at random depending on the stock available.
HOW TO USE YOUR WORRY DOLL?
To use worry dolls, you can follow these simple steps:

Choose a time and place where you can sit comfortably and focus on your worries.

Take a deep breath and hold the worry dolls in your hands.

Slowly, one by one, tell the doll your each and every worry, sharing your burdens with your doll.

Once you have shared all your worries with the doll, put them under your pillow before you go to sleep at night.

When it is time to sleep, know that each of your worries are being taken care of by your worry doll.

When you wake up in the morning, thank your worry dolls for their help and continue with your day, feeling lighter and more at ease. Magically, some or all of your worries will disappear as you repeat this process over a period of time. Some can take a while, but some may go instantly and you will feel more calm and relaxed.
