1. What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha Yoga is the most popular branch of Yoga and from which a lot of the Styles of Yoga originated. It uses physical poses called Asanas, breathing techniques called Pranayama, and meditation in order to bring the body in perfect health.
The word Hatha Yoga came from the words 'ha' which means 'sun' and 'tha' which means 'moon'. It is commonly translated as the branch of yoga that brings union of the pairs of opposites referring to the sun as the positive current, and the moon as the negative current in the system.

Hatha yoga can suit all ages as learning yoga develops self-discipline and enhances your physical and mental health. Asanas are good for developing coordination and help to improve concentration and memory. It can help young people to keep their natural flexibility for many years. It can help adults feel relaxed and de-stress from work and family influences. It can help older people retain mobility and may relieve problems such as arthritis and poor circulation. While pregnant women can also feel the benefits of hatha yoga as it promotes good health in both mother and unborn child.

Follow the above map accordingly depending on if you are coming FROM the city or TO the city.
If you are coming from the city, you have to turn right at Leader Street because you cannot directly turn right into Railyway Tce North and into our car park. You have to go around the block.
If you are coming from the south, it's a much easier path as all you have to do is turn left into Railway Tce North.

Please note that although it says "3 Goodwood", it doesn't exactly mean it is the third stop so do not count 3 stops and get off!
