Occasionally, clients will come in with a distorted view of what to expect from their consultations and end up leaving unsatisfied.
Hence, we have decided to include a disclaimer so clients understand what is expected of them and the psychic, in order to get the most out of the consultation.

1. Our psychics will endeavour to help you by using their abilities, knowledge and experience to provide the answers to your questions. They are not here to judge your past/present/future actions and circumstances.

2. Consultations are always confidential.

3. Our psychics are not here to try and "prove" their abilities to you. Consultations will stop immediately if they feel you are wasting their time. We understand that sometimes people behave this way because they have been 'conned' before by dodgy psychics out there. As the director of this business, it is my job to hire the best available psychics around. It is just like any other profession out there. You look for the best candidates that pass all of your criteria - one of them is accuracy! Regardless of personality or other factors, If they don't meet a certain level of accuracy, I don't hire them.

4. Clients need to be as open as possible in order to get the most out of their reading. Coming in with an expectation of a certain message/outcome is a recipe for disaster. You must understand that the information that comes through will NOT always be what you WANT to hear but will always be for your highest good. Let go of your ego.

5. The answers that come through are subjected to an interpretation of the feelings and pictures that the psychic is receiving. Therefore, all consultations will never be 100% accurate. Psychics are only picking up the energy around you and telling you what is likely going to happen if you keep going along at that particular instant. You ALWAYS have FREE WILL to change your destiny!

6. Sometimes you might, but there cannot be a guarantee that you will get specific names, dates, and times during your consultations. Spirit doesn't always work like this.

7. You must make it clear which areas of your life you would like to focus on during the consultations. Messages are always there from spirit but if you aren't interested in hearing it, please tell the psychic so we don't waste your time.

8. Psychics will NEVER be responsible for the choices you make after the consultations. The guidance is there for you to think about if you wish. You always have free will to do what you like.

9. To get the best out of your reading, it would be great if you remain open and informative throughout the consultation. You are guaranteed to get a poor reading if you choose to be quiet, cryptic, and/or secretive. If you choose to be like this, why did you come in the first place? Remember to help us help you so we can do our best to let you leave happy and inspired!

10. All consultations are as ‘accurate’ as they can be at the time of the consultation however, due to the choices you make afterwards, certain outcomes and the timing of future events may/may not be affected.
