beginners Meditation course is suitable for complete beginners,
intermediate levels or people wishing to return to Meditation.

This
is an introductory course about the Chakra system with basic
understandings on how to maintain your energy field and
sacred space. I recommend this course for anyone starting
their journey of learning about energy, healing and well
being.
Each week you will receive information on each chakra and
their properties. As we progress through the seven main
Chakras we will be working with the colours, and symbols
of each one, and incorporating a weekly cleansing meditation
so participants can develop their awareness and senses while
purifying throughout the seven weeks, (working as intensely
or gently as they like).
